Explanations

"Complex design or accessories"
Is understood as additions to character design that will take more time to finish. Examples: feather wings, full body armour. detailed or large amount of jewellery. Objects such as piercings, covers or anything considered simple to paint are not part of this extra charge."Extra character charge"
It takes just as long to create a whole extra person but the discount is there due to characters sharing same background.
The discount is applied to all characters in one artwork - not for multiple individual character illustrations."Large props or companions"
Means an object or creature character is directly interacting with and is not part of background. Example: weapon, animal, flying broom, skateboard,..."Privacy fee"
If you wish your artwork to stay for your eyes only and I will not be able to add into my public portfolio or share it on my social media then I charge double for the whole illustration.

Terms of services

By requesting a commission it is assumed you are aware of the following terms.

1. Payments are only accepted trough VGen or Ko-fi before or during sketch phase of drawing. Either 100% at the start or 50/50 with the other half being payed before I deliver a final product.2. I will continue on the commission once the agreed price is payed for. I will keep you updated throughout the drawing process (you will be receiving WIPs with watermark on).3. All changes are free in sketch and lineart phase. In later phases of drawing you might be charged extra if the changes are too complex.4. No refunds for finished artworks. Refunds are possible only if I haven't started working on your commission yet, or we are still in a sketch phase.5. You are receiving a digital image as a final product in full resolution. The product is in your possession for personal use (profile picture, character for DnD, you can print it,...). Commercial use of artwork needs to be discussed before placing an order.6. As an author of your illustration I might share the progress of the work on my social media, unless we agreed differently at the beginning.7. This is probably obvious but it still has to be said: I do not allow touch ups / edits edit my illustrations especially of the finished pieces and do not pretend you are the author of the works.

Work process

To make it easier for both sides I suggest to read the following text. It is not a requieremt to follow the suggestions but it might speed up process and we can avoid misunderstandings.

Character description
Written text is fine but if you have a mood board (Pinterest or Google Drive) with your character vibes or outfits it is possibly to best way to speed up the process. Toyhouse, ArtFight, PDF, short story and many other options work great. You cannot go wrong with this part especially if it contains visual examples.Communication
It is fine to contact me via email and keep the duscusion going there. But if you wish for quicker and smoother conversation I recommend reaching out to me on Instagram or Discord too as I get immediate notifications there.Sharing WIP
I often share what project I am working on on my social sites. If you wish not to post about your artwork while it is in it "wip" stage please let me know that in advance. There is no charge for not sharing WIPs, the Privacy fee is applied to finished illustrations only.
